How can I pay for my order?At this time, we only accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

How will I know that my order has been shipped?Once your order is packed and has been picked-up by the carrier from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.

What happens if I am not home to accept my delivery?No worries. When shipping your orders, we don't require a signature for delivery. The carrier will simply leave the package at your front door. Our carrier does not ship to PO boxes.The carrier might decide to leave a delivery notice at your door. In this case, you will have on average 5 days to collect your package from the carrier or it will be sent back to Sport Pux.

How long does it take Sport Pux to ship my order?The product in stock will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment by Sport Pux. Unavailable products are usually shipped within 8-14 business days. In this case, you will be informed of a late delivery. Please note that we are closed on weekends, and statutory holidays.

How can I track my order?Once the order is shipped, you will be able to track your order by using the tracking number contained in your 'notification email'.

Can I change or cancel my order?If your order has not already been dispatched from our warehouse (in other words, you have NOT received the 'notificaiton email'), it is still possible to change or cancel your order. Contact our Client Care team via our contact form .... don't forget to include your full name and order number, so that we can know which order you are referring to.

I never received my order. What should I do?We are very sorry to hear that your order has gone missing. Please contact our Client Care team by completing our Contact Form (link). We are confident that we can resolve this issue quickly.

My package is damaged. What should I do?If the shipping box is damaged, but the goods inside are undamaged, you can still consume the product. No worries! Please inform our Client Care team so we are aware of the situation and we can inform the carrier. If both the shipping box and the Sport Pux food is un-consumable, please contact our Client Care team by using the contact form , so that we can replace your package.

My tracking number says the package has been delivered, but I don't have it. What should I do?Prior to contacting our Client Care team, please make sure to look everywhere: your community mailbox, speak to the building concierge, on your deck, in front of the garage door, or if a delivery notice card has been left by the carrier (you might have to pick it up from the carrier). If you still cannot locate your package, please contact our Client Care team by using our contact form (link) so that we can look further into this situation.... don't forget to include your name and order number. If this results from a wrong address, Sport Pux will not be held responsible. To receive your parcel back, you may have to pay extra shipping fees. They can vary between $9.99 and $19.99 depending on your area.

I received the wrong item or an item is missing in my box - what should I do?Our apologies for sending you the wrong item. Please keep that item for your own personal consumption, and/or share with your family and friends. As well, please contact our Client Care by completing our contact form and we will fix this situation as soon as possible.

What are the possible shipping delays?For US orders - we ship from Richardson, Texas. If your order is placed prior to 12 PM EST, it will be shipped out within 24 hours. All other orders will typically be shipped the next business day depending on the number of orders received. For Canadian orders - we ship from Wakefield, Québec. xxx Please note that our warehouses are open Monday to Friday 9 to 5 pm EST. We are closed on weekends and statutory holidays. Where do I enter my discount code?Right before the checkout process (after the cart page), there is a 'discount code' box that you can enter your code to receive your discount. If you encounter any problems, please contact our Client Care team, so that we can assist you.

How do I change my address within the subscription system?If you move, we can update your address to keep delivering your product subscription. Simply email us at subscription@sportpux.com

What happens if the item is 'out of stock' when it is time for the next cycle of my subscription?If the item is out of stock when the next subscription cycle occurs, the order is still created. Our team will contact you if this occurs, and we will propose different solutions for you!

How do I cancel my subscription?If you wish to cancel your subscription you can do so via the 'My Order panel'.

Is it possible to reactivate a product subscription after it was canceled?No, unfortunately, you will need to purchase the subscription once again. We apologize for the extra work.

How do I re-start / lift my subscription?If you wish to re-start / lift your subscription, simply email us at subscription@sportpux.com and we will reactivate your subscription.

How do I change my credit card within the subscription system?If you wish to suspend / pause your subscription, simply email us at subscription@sportpux.com. New orders won't be created and you won't be billed until the suspension is lifted.

On which day does the 'subscription' renew?The subscription renews on the same day of the month on which you created the subscription. For example, on June 5th, you sign-up for the subscription, the subscription will renew on the 5th of every month after that (August 5, September 5,...) until you pause or cancel the subscription.

Can I checkout with a subscription product and another product?Unfortunately, it is not possible for you to purchase a 'product subscription' and another 'non-subscription item' at the same time. The system will not allow it. You will need to first purchase and 'checkout' with the subscription item, and then, purchase the separate item separately.

How do I change my credit card within the subscription system?If you wish to change to another payment method or update any of your credit card details, you need to cancel the product subscription and purchase a new subscription with the new details.

The wrapper was unsealed or was damaged - what should I do?We are sorry to hear that the product was unsealed or damaged. You should not consume any product that is unsealed/damaged. Please contact our Client Care team by completing our contact form and we will rectify the situation for you.

Should I consume your product past expiry date?Just like any food item in general, you should not consume any product past their expiry date.

I have a nut/peanut allergy - should I eat your products?Please note that our products do contain milk and nuts. If you are allergic to these, you should not consume any of our products. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for more information.

Are your wrappers recyclable or compostable?Yes, we use recyclable packaging, but they are not compostable.

Is there any caffeine in your products?None of our products contain any caffeine.

I am not loving the taste of the product I ordered. What should I do?We are sorry to hear that you don't like the taste of the product that you purchased. Sport Pux offers a 100% guarantee on all purchases. Visit our 'Shop' page and let us know which flavor you would like us to ship to you and then contact our Client Care team via our contact form and request a replacement.

Will the product melt or freeze during shipping?Great news! Our products will not melt or freeze during shipping.

What are the super-foods that you use in your products?We use many different types of super-food ingredients to amplify each of our bars ensuring that you are receiving the nutrients that you need as an athlete. These include but not limited to, almonds, almond butter, organic beet powder, organic coconut juice milk, coconut juice powder, organic grape powder, peanuts (peanut butter, all natural), peanut flour.

What happens if the product is left in the hot or cold?Due to the unique manufacturing process used for the Sport Pux bars, our products react very well to hot or cold conditions. When exposed to heat our products will become softer but not lose their flavor or quality. Conversely, when exposed to cold environments, the product will get harder but not freeze completely and therefore are edible when 'frozen'.

Do you use artificial flavors or fillers in the Sport Pux brand?No, absolutely not! Our products are made with natural and organic ingredients.

What type of ingredients are used - are they natural? Organic?We use natural, non-GMO ingredients. Our products also contain organic ingredients.

What is the refund or return policy?If there is something wrong with your order and/or item, please contact us and our Client Care team will be happy to assist you. I bought Sport Pux from one of your retailers. I have an issue with the product - What should I do?If there is an issue with any store-bought products, you will first need to refer to that same location, and not us. The retailer will follow their in-store policies regarding refunds or store credits, if required. Then, if needed, the retailer will contact us directly for further assistance. You do not have to contact us. Unfortunately, we credit or refund only online purchases. Thank you for understanding!

Is your product gluten-free?Yes, our products are gluten-free. Actually, our facility does not allow any wheat product to enter its doors.

Can I eat these foods if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?Since all of our products are made with healthy ingredients, they are suitable to be consumed by all women, including pregnant and nursing. However, if you are unsure, you should always consult your physician or obstetrician before using any type of new supplement.

Is there a maximum number of these foods that I should consume per day?You can consume as many Sport Pux products as you like, however, we do not know your 'health status' and cannot recommend the number of bars to eat per day. If you are unsure, speak to your Physician for further guidance. Remember, that our products contain natural ingredients and are made primarily of protein, fat and carbohydrates. Everything that the body needs.

Can I share these food items with my children?Our products are made with the healthiest ingredients, no preservatives, good amounts of macro-nutrients (proteins, fats, carbohydrates) and therefore are safe for children. If your child has any allergies, please check the ingredient list before purchasing any of our products. If you are unsure, we highly recommend you speak to your child's pediatrician before consuming any of our products.
