If you don't like the taste of the product that you purchased, please keep the package and share it with your family and friends, and simply contact our Client Care team by completing our form and we will be happy to ship you a different flavor instead, on us!


If there are certain circumstances that we need to re-ship your order, for example, the product was damaged by the delivery company, or the package was lost, contact our Client Care team by completing our form and we will be happy to assist you.


If you would like to receive a refund of your item(s) that you have purchased, here is our refund policy:


You have fifteen (15) calendar days, from the date of receipt recorded by the carrier, to request a refund. Any refund request must be sent to Sport Pux by completing our contact form.


All refunds are approved on a case-by-case scenario. Once you contact our Client Care team, they will advise you of the next steps. No refunds will be accepted after the fifteen (15) days have elapsed.


Please note: 

No opened package or product whose wrapper is broken, punctured or damaged by the customer will be accepted for a refund, without prior written agreement between the customer and Sport Pux. Sport Pux might ask you for additional details, such as photographs of the products to be able to be approved for a refund.


In the event of a refund, the cost of the product and taxes will be credited on the basis of the original method of payment, within 48 business hours of confirmation and approval by Sport Pux. The refund transaction on your credit card statement will only appear typically within 48 to 72 hours after the reimbursement by Sport Pux.
