SHIPPING & ORDERING POLICY

Thank you for ordering our Sport Pux products! We know that you will absolutely enjoy them.


This policy will review our shipping and ordering standards. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.


In the United States:

  • Shipping fees for the USA are FREE for all orders of $70+ (before applicable taxes and pormotions.)

  • For orders under $69, the website will calculate the specific shipping cost to your area.

In the United States - Remote Location:

  • We do not offer free shipping to remote locations in the United States

  • The website will calculate the specific shipping cost to your area.

  • Remote locations include Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

Canada:

  • Shipping fees for CANADA are FREE for all orders over $99+ (before applicable taxes and pormotions.)

  • For orders under $98, the website will calculate the specific shipping cost to your area.

Canada - Remote Location:

  • At this time, we unfortunately do NOT offer shipping to remote locations in Canada

  • Remote locations include North-Weset Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon


In the USA, both UPS and USPS provide delivery on business days. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you with the package tracking number. It is possible for you to track your package with the tracking number provided.


In Canada, UPS provides delivery on business days. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you with the package tracking number. It is possible for you to track your package with the tracking number provided.


EXPRESS DELIVERY


We offer express delivery for our USA customers.

During check-out, you can chose which priority shipping you wish to pay for.

All orders require, on average, 1-2 business days of processing time to be picked, packaged and prepared for the shipment. Additional delays may apply on certain products that are on order or out of stock.


RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TRANSPORT COMPANIES


The transport companies ensure delivery during working days. A shipment confirmation is sent to the customer with the package tracking number. It is possible for the customer to track their shipments via the package tracking tools that will be sent to you.

The products are delivered to the address given by the customer on the order form. In no case will delivery be made to a PO Box. In the case of customer error on the delivery address, additional fees for referral of the parcel or address modification will be charged.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY IS OUR TRANSPARENCY


Sport Pux ensures that each parcel is carefully prepared and protected to limit damage during transportation. Sport Pux cannot be held responsible for delivery delays incurred by the carrier. Ownership and responsibility are transferred from Sport Pux to the customer as soon as the parcel is given to the carrier. Products are carried at the customer's risk. The customer must check the parcel condition upon delivery, prior to opening the package. All open package cannot be reported as damaged and will be under the customer's responsibility.
